I had an ongoing issue with my roof and had been attempting replacement with another company for over 3 months, but they were non-responsive, so I called out True Line. I wish I had called True Line from the beginning, as my claim probably would have been processed correctly (and timely) and would have most likely been at least partially covered by my insurance. It's also worth mentioning that their pricing came in below the company I initially had come out. Bradley was incredibly professional. I had the initial estimate the same day and the repair was complete within 2 weeks and the majority of that minor delay was waiting for the financing to hit my account and rain delays. Bradley handled everything, all the way down to getting the permit and my roof looks beautiful. My neighbor said he will probably also call True Line if he needs a roof in the future. Incredibly impressed!
