My daughter had some roof damage and was in need of repair. We spoke with a few other local contractors for repair. They were very nice but lacked workmanship and follow up, only saying you need a new roof. We connected with Bradley Dixon of Truline and from there the experience went above and beyond. Bradley explained to us why we needed a new roof and encouraged us to reach out to our insurance and provided the information we needed to discuss with them. He then worked with the insurance office on all of their request. Normally would I think "that's a pretty roof" probably no. But my daughter's new roof is absolutely amazing and changed the whole look of her home. Bradley and his team showed up when scheduled, worked diligently and quickly, cleaned up all evidence of prior roof removal and left the property in a fantastic state. We could not be more pleased with their communication, response time, work and care for their clients. Bradley was the easiest, knowledgeable and kindest person to work with.
